Apomorphine-induced turning behavior
Unilaterally IT-injected mice were tested for turning behavior. After monitoring of spontaneous rotation, the mice were treated with apomorphine (3.0 mg/kg, s.c.). The injected mutants displayed apomorphine-induced turning behavior in the ipsiversive direction to the injected side (Supplementary information Fig. 2).
