It is evident that there is no bleed over from the red and the green channels to the blue channel. Panel B: triple labeling of astrocytes for Tyr-tubulin (red), Glu-tubulin (green) and tau (blue) showing distinct pattern of distribution again demonstrating no bleed over from one channel to another.
