Supplemental data and movie

Files in this Data Supplement:

  • Supplemental data - Supplemented RNase Protection Assay Similar cytokine and chemokine response in MMP-9 null and wildtype mice. RNase protection assays reveal similar profiles in cytokine (A,B) and chemokine (C,D) changes after injury between wildtype and MMP-9 null mice. Three animals per time point were evaluated, with the exception of panel D at 6h (n of 2).
  • supplemental movie - This video illustrates ECM deposition of NG2 proteoglycan after injury. The border of the injury can be visualized (left) where NG2 proteoglycan is not solely present on cellular structures but is deposited into the ECM. Cellular localization of NG2 is demonstrated to the right, outside the injury.
