Imunohishochemistry of the E12.5:E18.5 HSVtk + cerebellum
Transversal sections from the E12.5:E18.5 HSVtk + cerebellum (Figure 7-B) were stained with neutral red (column A: LacZ & N.R.) and with anti-calbindin D28K (CaBP) antibody (column B: LacZ & CaBP). Transversal sections from the E12.5:E18.5 cerebellum were stained for ß-gal and with neutral red (column C). Transversal sections form the E11.5:E18.5 were stained with anti-CaBP antibody (column D). C and D are displayed as controls for A and B, respectively. The ß-gal activity and the immunoreactivity of the anti-CaBP antibody are indicated in blue and dark brown, respectively. The anterior area of cerebellum is at the top, and the posterior is at the bottom. Scale bar, 200 µm
