Transversal sections from the E12.5:E18.5 cerebellum were stained for ß-gal and with neutral red (column C). Transversal sections form the E11.5:E18.5 were stained with anti-CaBP antibody (column D). C and D are displayed as controls for A and B, respectively. The ß-gal activity and the immunoreactivity of the anti-CaBP antibody are indicated in blue and dark brown, respectively. The anterior area of cerebellum is at the top, and the posterior is at the bottom. Scale bar, 200 µm
