  • Supplemental Fig. 1 - Figure 1. Immunostaining of sections prepared from Cre+/Rho-K DN+ mice with anti-TH antibody for the SG neurons and anti-Isl1 antibody for the DRG neurons. Scale bar, 50 ?m. Analysis of the development of the SG and DRG neurons. We examined the development of the SG and DRG neurons in the Cre+/Rho-K DN+ embryos at E10.5 and E14.5. Transverse sections through the spinal cord at the branchial level were stained with anti-TH antibody for the SG and with anti-Isl1 antibody for the DRG (Supplymentary Information Fig. 1). The size and shape of these ganglia and the number of neurons were apparently unaffected in the transgenic embryos at both developmental stages.
