  • supplemental material - Supplementary Figure 1. Localization of exogenous synaptotagmin I in the transfected knock-out neurons. After fixed and permeabilized, neurons expressing either wild-type (C) or mutated (D-H) synaptotagmin I were immunostained with an anti-synaptotagmin I antibody 1D12 and rhodamine-conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG. Wild-type neurons (A) and untransfected knock-out neurons (B) were stained with the same antibodies as controls
