Presynaptic Cav2.1 and Cav2.2 Differentially Influence Release Dynamics at Hippocampal Excitatory Synapses
J. Neurosci. Scheuber et al. 24: 10402

Supplemental data

Files in this Data Supplement:

  • supplemental material - Suppl. Figure 1. The effect of each toxin on PPR is not correlated with the initial PPR. Each plot represents the relation between the initial PPR and the change in PPR observed after application of either w-Conotoxin GVIA or w-Agatoxin IVA. No significant correlation was observed at an ISI of 50 (A) or 500ms (B) (P>0.05, Spearman correlation test). Linear regression index r2 was 0.33 (Conotoxin GVIA, ISI=50 ms), 0.31 (Agatoxin IVA, ISI=50 ms), 0.11 (Conotoxin GVIA, ISI=500 ms) and 0.07 (Agatoxin IVA, ISI=500 ms). n=21, 14, 8 and 6 experiments, respectively.
