  • Supplementary data - Time course of thermal hyperalgesia in mice as assessed with the Hargreaves model following injection of a high dose of zymosan into the right hindpaw. Mice were treated with 8.3 mg/kg S1627, 25 mg/kg S1627 or vehicle twice daily for 14 days starting 24hrs after zymosan injection into the right hindpaw. Zymosan was injected at time “zero”. Thermal hyperalgesia was assessed once daily.
