A Conserved Postsynaptic Transmembrane Protein Affecting Neuromuscular Signaling in Caenorhabditis elegans
J. Neurosci. Loria et al. 24: 2191

Supplemental material

Files in this Data Supplement:

  • Supplemental Movie 1
  • supplemental Fig. 1 - Supplementary Figure 1: Anatomy of muscle end plates. A transgenic animal expressing the C50F7.1::gfp reporter construct (a gift from A.S. Wenick) is shown. This reporter is expressed in a single bilaterally symmetric group of body wall muscle cells in the mid-body region, thus allowing to visualize muscle arm structure. Expression is also observed in a subset of ventral nerve cord axons. Note the muscle arms extending into the VNC, where they branch. Similar observations have been made by electron microscopy (D.H.Hall, pers.comm.).
  • Supplemental Movie 2
  • supplemental movie 3
