  • supplemental material - Supplemental Data: Paired stimulation threshold of four p6 MNTB cells in 2 mM Ca2+ (black) and low (0.1 mM) Ca2+, zero Mg2+ ACSF (red). The threshold of stimulation was significantly reduced due to decreased presence of divalent ions in the extracellular solution (P=0.013, paired t-test).
