Supplemental Figure 2 - The density of endogenous SYD-2 and UNC-10 is constant during development. The number of endogenous SYD-2 puncta within 50um of the dorsal cord was quantified at L2 (shaded red bar) and adult stages (solid red bar). There is no significant difference in the number of puncta, and hence the density of SYD-2 is constant throughout development. Similarly, the number of endogenous UNC-10 puncta does not change significantly between L2 (shaded blue bar) and adult (solid blue bar), and the density remains constant.
