  • supplemental material - Supplemental Figure 1.  Constitutive expression of ATF5 and Azip-ATF5 affects the migratory fate of SVZ neural progenitor cells in vivo.  The SVZ of P1 rats was stereotactically injected with retrovirus expressing either eGFP (control), eGFP + ATF5 or eGFP-Azip-ATF5.  One week later, the animals were sacrificed and brain sections were immunostained for GFP to reveal the locations of infected cells.  Diagram depicts locations at which infected cells were found.
