  • Supplemental Fig. 1 - Effects of LY341495 on light responses of OFF bipolar cell. An OFF bipolar cell was voltage-clamped at -60 mV and a full-field light stimulus (Light) was applied for 3 sec. A broken line indicates a zero current level. LY341495 (30 |*mu*|M), an antagonist of group II and group III mGluRs, increased the peak amplitude of the OFF undershoot reversibly. Similar data were obtained from two other OFF bipolar cells.
