  • supplemental material - Supplemental information for Fig.S1. PRPF31 genes are highly conserved through evolution.  The predicted amino acid sequences of PRPF31 proteins from human and yeast show significant similarity. The amino acid residue identity in predicted PRPF31 peptide sequences between human (H. s) and S. pombe (S. p) and between human and S. cerevisiae (S. c) PRPF31 genes are 36% and 29%, respectively.
