Bradykinin-Induced Functional Competence and Trafficking of the {delta}-Opioid Receptor in Trigeminal Nociceptors
J. Neurosci. Patwardhan et al. 25: 8825

Supplemental data

Files in this Data Supplement:

  • supplemental material - Supplementary Figure 1: BK induced trafficking of DOR 1A: Cultured TG cells were treated with Veh/BK (10?M)/PMA (200nM) for 15 minutes. Cells were then fixed and double-immunohistochemistry was performed for DOR-ir (green, top panel) and PKC? (red, middle panel). Pictures were taken at 90x. Arrows denote either DOR trafficking to the plams membrane or PKC? translocation. 1B: Cultured TG cells were fixed and immunohistochemistry was performed with the Chemicon anti DOR antibody (left panel) or same antibody preabsorped with the immunogenic peptide (right panel). In the left panel, the horizontal arrows show examples of DOR-ir cells and the vertical arrows show examples of non DOR-ir cells. 1C: Cultured TG cells were fixed and immunohistochemistry was performed with the Santacruz anti DOR antibody (left panel) or same antibody preabsorped with the immunogenic peptide (right panel). In the left panel, the horizontal arrows show examples of DOR-ir cells and the vertical arrows show examples of non DOR-ir cells.
