Polymodal Sensory Function of the Caenorhabditis elegans OCR-2 Channel Arises from Distinct Intrinsic Determinants within the Protein and Is Selectively Conserved in Mammalian TRPV Proteins
J. Neurosci. Sokolchik et al. 25: 1015

Supplemental data

Files in this Data Supplement:

  • supplemental material - Figure 1. Alignment of C. elegans and mammalian TRPV proteins. Each sequence ends at the first residue of the predicted ankyrin motifs of the protein (Tobin et al., 2002; Smith et al., 2002; Gunthorpe et al., 2002 and references therein). Identical residues are shaded dark and similar residues are boxed. The numbers of the first residues shown for each protein are indicated. The change found in the ocr-2(yz5) mutants is indicated above the line.
