J. Neurosci. Wan et al. 25: 941

Supplemental data

Files in this Data Supplement:

  • supplemental material - The conservation of the A-domain of vertebrate Ribeye is relatively low. In the ClustalW generated sequence alignment of Ribeye proteins from human, rat, fugu, and zebrafish, identical and conservative residues are highlighted black and gray, respectively. A glutamine-rich insertion is unique to Ribeye a of both zebrafish and fugu. The triangle preceding the insertion marks the end of A domain of zebrafish Ribeye a2, an alternative splice form.
