Target-Cell-Specific Left-Right Asymmetry of NMDA Receptor Content in Schaffer Collateral Synapses in {epsilon}1/NR2A Knock-Out Mice
J. Neurosci. Wu et al. 25: 9213

Supplemental data

Files in this Data Supplement:

  • supplemental material - Supplemental Fig. 1 Specificity of guinea pig anti-GluRe4 (1194-1273aa) and GluR4 (861-881aa) subunit antibodies GluRe4 antibody recognizes a 155 kDa protein band in the membrane extracts preparedfrom a whole brain of wild-type (WT) but not of GluRe4 knock-out (e4KO) mouse. GluR4 antibody recognizes a 99 kDa protein band in the membrane extracts prepared from a whole brain of wild-type mouse. The position of standard protein markers is indicated to the left.
  • supplemental material - Supplemental Fig. 2 Asymmetry in e2 but not z1 content in the stratum radiatum of VHCT e1 KO mice. Immunoreactivity for e2 and z1 was detected in PSD fractions from the left and right stratum radiatum obtained from VHCT e1 KO mice.? Positions of molecular weight markers are indicated in kDa in the left.
