Nicotinic Cholinergic Receptors in the Rat Cerebellum: Multiple Heteromeric Subtypes
J. Neurosci. Turner and Kellar 25: 9258

Supplemental data

Files in this Data Supplement:

  • supplemental material - Supplementary Figure 1. Expression of nAChR subunit genes in the rat cerebellum. RNAse protection assays were carried out as described in Materials and Methods. Total RNA from rat cerebellum was hybridized with a combination of [32P] labeled anti-sense probes corresponding to the nine rat nAChR subunit genes a2, a3, a4 (lane 1); a5, a6, b4 (lane 2); a7, b2, b3 (lane 3). The probe corresponding to rat GAPDH gene was used as an internal and loading control (all lanes, bands not shown). The gel image shown is representative of three independent RNAse protection assays.
