Bidirectional Activity-Dependent Plasticity at Corticostriatal Synapses
J. Neurosci. Fino et al. 25: 11279

Supplemental data

Files in this Data Supplement:

  • supplemental material - Supplemental Figure 1. Stability of the EPSCs amplitudes along time. EPSCs amplitude stability was investigated during 70 minutes by applying 0.1 Hz stimulations (without HFS, LFS or STDP stimulation protocols) (n=5 experiments). The first 10 minutes of recording corresponded to the “control” baseline. All points represented the normalized EPSCs amplitudes (mean EPSCs amplitude / mean EPSCs amplitude in “control”). None of the normalized EPSCs were significantly different from the “control” baseline. For example, there was no significant variation between normalized EPSCs amplitudes in “control” (100±3%) and at 70 minutes (95.9±2.7%).
