Supplemental figure: The voltage dependence of current blocked by M1 receptor activation is similar to that of Cav1.3 channels. A. Activation curves fit with first-order Boltzman functions show the activation of current blocked by muscarine compared to pharmacologically defined Cav1.3 current. B. Statistical summary of half-activation voltage shows current blocked by muscarine is activated at a low-threshold (median Vh=-20 mV, n=6); resembling Cav1.3 activation (median -22 mV, n=6, p>0.2, Kruskal-Wallis).
