Supplemental figure 1. Detection of C3 07 in retinal and optic nerve by Western blot. Tissue homogenates were prepared from untreated retinas and optic nerves, and retinas and optic nerves 3 days after injection with C3 07. Western blots were probed with anti-C3 antibody.

Optic nerves are removed and cut into 5 segments of 2 mm each to study axonal transport after injection of 35S methionine into the eye.
