Abnormalities of Neurogenesis in the R6/2 Mouse Model of Huntington's Disease Are Attributable to the In Vivo Microenvironment
J. Neurosci. Phillips et al. 25: 11564

Supplemental data

Files in this Data Supplement:

  • supplemental material - Table 1. Cells detected using immunohistochemical techniques and anti-DCX and anti-BrdU antibodies. The estimated total number of DCX and BrdU-positive cells are tabulated, as well as number of BrdU/NeuN-positive cells and percentage co-localisation of BrdU with NeuN, from 3 DG sections per mouse from day 8 and 24 post-BrdU administration. Numbers of DCX-positive cells agree with a previous study using C57Bl/6NCr1 mice (Couillard-Despres et al, 2005).
  • supplemental material - Table 2. Cells detected using immunohistochemical techniques and anti-DCX and anti-BrdU antibodies in WT and R6/2 mice in vehicle-treated and QA-treated mice.
