Supplemental Figure 1
Concentration-dependent effect of WIN55,212-2 on mEPSC and mIPSC.
(A). Ca2+-enhanced mEPSC is selectively suppressed by WIN55,212-2 in a dose-dependent manner. WIN55,212-2 with two to four different concentrations was applied sequentially to the same PC from lower to higher concentrations. Each symbol represents mean ± SEM. Miniature EPSCs were recorded with 0 mM Ca2+o (open circle, n = 2-6), with 2 mM Ca2+o (filled circle, n = 2-6), and with 5 mM Ca2+o (filled rectangle, n = 4-7).
(B). Ca2+-enhanced mEPSC is selectively suppressed by WIN55,212-2 in a dose-dependent manner. Data are illustrated similarly to A. Miniature IPSCs were recorded with 0 mM Ca2+o + BAPTA-AM (open circle, n = 2-6), with 2 mM Ca2+o (filled circle, n = 4-8), and with 5 mM Ca2+o (filled rectangle, n = 4-8).
