Separation of µ-Opioid Receptor Desensitization and Internalization: Endogenous Receptors in Primary Neuronal Cultures
J. Neurosci. Arttamangkul et al. 26: 4118

Supplemental data

Files in this Data Supplement:

  • supplemental material - Movie A: A z-series of sections through a neuron showing the fluorescent puncta of Derm-A594. Derm-A594 (6 µM) was applied for 10 min washed for 5 min before the images were taken. Each optical slice (0.5 µm) is the average of 2 frames. The image resolution was 512x512 pixels. Red fluorescent puncta were found in cytoplasm throughout the cell.
  • supplemental material - Movie B: A similar z-series from a cell treated with concanavalin A prior to the application of Derm-A594 as was done in A. No red fluorescent puncta were detected in the cytoplasm.
