Starvation Induces cAMP Response Element-Binding Protein-Dependent Gene Expression through Octopamine–Gq Signaling in Caenorhabditis elegans
J. Neurosci. Suo et al. 26: 10082

Supplemental data

Files in this Data Supplement:

  • supplemental material - Supplemental Figure S1. Gene structure and expression pattern of tbh-1. A. tbh-1 gene is located on the cosmid H13N06. The gray bar indicates the region deleted in ok1196 allele. The sequence from just after the neighbouring gene (H13N06.5) to the first exon of tbh-1 was fused to GFP and unc-54 3'-untranslated region to construct tbh-1::gfp. The region used in rescue experiments is also indicated. The fluorescent images (B and C) were taken from animals carrying tbh-1::gfp. The expression of GFP and DiI staining of sensory neurons are shown in green and red, respectively. ASH and ASJ neurons are stained by DiI. GFP expression was observed in RIC neurons and gonadal sheath cell. White dotted lines indicate the outline of the head of the animal. Brackets indicate autofluorescence of the intestine. Each bar indicates 20 μm.
