  • supplemental material - Figure S1 –The activity of rac1 is not regulated in the absence of cdc42. Active rac1 levels were measured in a pull down assay using GST-PAK-CD constructs. No significant differences were found in the amounts of active and total rac1 between control and cdc42 mutant OPC cultures. Values are shown as mean of 3 independent experiments. Error bars indicate standard errors. Student’s t-test was used to determine significance.
