Dynamic Synchrony of Firing in the Monkey Prefrontal Cortex during Working-Memory Tasks
J. Neurosci. Sakurai and Takahashi 26: 10141

Supplemental data

Files in this Data Supplement:

  • supplemental material - Supplemental Figure 1. The sequences of events in a trial in the DMS-D and DMS-C tasks. The first (upper) square is a sample stimulus and the second (lower) one is a comparison stimulus in each task. Releasing the lever when the fixation spot shrinks is Go and releasing it when the fixation spot returns is No-Go. Presented duration (0.5 or 2.0 sec) of the sample and comparison stimuli are randomly selected on each trial. The sequences in the DMS-C task are identical with those in the DMS-D task except that the sample and comparison stimuli are red or blue, randomly selected on each trial.
  • supplemental material - Supplemental Figure 2. Recording methodology and recorded area. A, Array of tetrodes. B, Microdrive assembly. “Protector” is a cylindrical plastic tube used to protect the microdrive. C, Recorded principal sulcus area (red diagonals) in the prefrontal cortex.
