Supplemental Figure 1. The sequences of events in a trial in the DMS-D and DMS-C tasks. The first (upper) square is a sample stimulus and the second (lower) one is a comparison stimulus in each task. Releasing the lever when the fixation spot shrinks is Go and releasing it when the fixation spot returns is No-Go. Presented duration (0.5 or 2.0 sec) of the sample and comparison stimuli are randomly selected on each trial. The sequences in the DMS-C task are identical with those in the DMS-D task except that the sample and comparison stimuli are red or blue, randomly selected on each trial.
