Enduring Critical Period Plasticity Visualized by Transcranial Flavoprotein Imaging in Mouse Primary Visual Cortex
J. Neurosci. Tohmi et al. 26: 11775

Supplemental Data

Files in this Data Supplement:

  • supplemental material - Supplementary Figure 1. Experience-dependent plasticity recorded under pentobarbital anesthesia. A, Original fluorescence images before and after MD for 5 days, non-deprived (ipsilateral) eye responses recorded in the binocular zone before and after MD, deprived (contralateral) eye responses in the binocular zone before and after MD, and deprived eye responses in the monocular zone before and after MD. These images were obtained from the right visual cortex of the same mouse. C, Responses recorded in the binocular zone normalized by those recorded in the monocular zone. The normalized deprived eye responses were significantly depressed (P<0.04). The normalized non-deprived eye responses were increased, but the changes were not statistically significant.
