Effect of daily KW-6002 pretreatment on ipsilateral turns after daily L-DOPA treatment. 6-OHDA-lesioned mice were treated with KW-6002 (0.03 and 0.3 mg/kg) or vehicle i.p. 25 min before L-DOPA (2 mg/kg, i.p.) every day for 3 weeks. Ipsilateral turning was evaluated for 1 hr immediately after the administration of L-DOPA. Data are expressed as mean ± SEM.
