  • supplemental material - Supplemental material. GFRα2-KO mice do not differ from their wild-type littermates in behavioral responses to tactile stimulation. Wild-type (n = 10) and GFRα2-KO (n = 8) mice were tested using six von Frey hairs of increasing force (0.28 - 3.29 g) to evoke paw withdrawal. Response frequency increases with increasing stimulus force similarly in both genotypes.
