A Note of Appreciation for Reviewers and Editors
A Note of Appreciation for Reviewers and Editors

It takes a lot of work on the part of many editors and many more reviewers to keep The Journal of Neuroscience moving forward. The Journal now receives approximately 6000 submissions per year. The Journal editors want to thank all the reviewers who have contributed their expertise to the Journal in the past year, and special thanks to frequent reviewers who reviewed 5 or more manuscripts in the past year. The list of these individuals is available at the Journal website (http://www.jneurosci.org/). I also want to thank all of the Senior Editors, Reviewing Editors, and Associate Editors who have given so much of their time to the Journal in 2006. Let's hope we can make it even better in 2007.

Happy New Year.
