Catechol O-Methyltransferase val158met Genotype Influences Frontoparietal Activity during Planning in Patients with Parkinson's Disease
J. Neurosci. Williams-Gray et al. 27: 4832

Supplemental Data

Files in this Data Supplement:

  • supplemental material - This figure illustrates the relationship between BOLD activation (arbitrary units) and dose of dopaminergic medication in the 2 genotypic groups, for each of the 3 regions involved in the ‘planning’ component of the task. Linear regression lines are shown, none of which deviate significantly from zero. There are no significant differences between the slopes for the val/val and met/met groups within the right frontopolar cortex (F=2.39, p=0.13), right DLPFC (F=1.82, p=0.19) or PPC (F=0.44, p=0.51).
