Vesicular Glutamate Transporter 1 Is Required for Photoreceptor Synaptic Signaling But Not For Intrinsic Visual Functions
J. Neurosci. Johnson et al. 27: 7245

Supplemental Data

Files in this Data Supplement:

  • supplemental material - Supplementary Figure 1. Immunolabeling of Inner Retina Neurons was Indistinguishable Between WT and VGLUT1 Null Retina. Figures (A-J) show confocal images of transverse sections of retina from WT and VGLUT1 null retina immunostained for inner retina synaptic markers. There was no distinguishable difference between WT and VGLUT1 null retina for (A, B) dopamine cells immunostained with Tyrosine Hydroxylase (TH), (C, D) GABA/Glycinergic cells immunostained with Vesicular GABA/Glycine Transporter (VGAT), (E, F) Müller cells immunostained with Glutamine Synthetase (GS), (G, H) amacrine cells immunostained with Calretinin, and (I, J) and GABAergic amacrine cells immunostained with GAD6. Scale bars 10 μm.
