Normal animals (n=3/serotype) were injected with 1?L AAV into the unilateral VTA and analyzed 1 month post-injection. Shown are the enzyme histochemistry and corresponding in-situ hybridization. The approximate position of the section relative to bregma is similar to corresponding sections in figure 1.
