Microstructural Changes of the Baboon Cerebral Cortex during Gestational Development Reflected in Magnetic Resonance Imaging Diffusion Anisotropy
J. Neurosci. Kroenke et al. 27: 12506

Supplemental Data

Files in this Data Supplement:

  • supplemental material - Figure S1. Cortical diffusion anisotropy versus functional modality for brains E125a and E125c. Diffusion anisotropy is plotted versus geodesic distance from the insula as described in Figure 6 and text. Color coding in the upper row corresponds to the seven functional modalities are projected onto the Fig. 6d surface. Motor and V1 modalities (red data points) are distinguished from the remaining regions (black data points) in the two lower plots. Solid lines are results from a three-parameter linear regression in which all voxels are fit to a single slope; non V1/motor voxels are modeled with one intercept, and V1/motor voxels are modeled with a different intercept. Offset parameters listed in Table 3 are the difference between intercepts illustrated in the two lower-row plots.
