Supplementary Figure. Reelin detaches chain-migrating SVZ neuroblasts. SVZ explants were cultured in Matrigel for 48 h in the presence of Reelin (b,d) or vehicle (a,c) and then stained for neuron-specific β-tubulin (TuJ1 antibody). Chain-like migration appeared in the control explant, but this migration pattern was attenuated in the explant exposed to Reelin as described previously (Hack et al., 2002).
