Reelin Regulates Neuronal Progenitor Migration in Intact and Epileptic Hippocampus
J. Neurosci. Gong et al. 27: 1803

Supplemental Data

Files in this Data Supplement:

  • supplemental material - Supplementary Figure. Reelin detaches chain-migrating SVZ neuroblasts. SVZ explants were cultured in Matrigel for 48 h in the presence of Reelin (b,d) or vehicle (a,c) and then stained for neuron-specific β-tubulin (TuJ1 antibody). Chain-like migration appeared in the control explant, but this migration pattern was attenuated in the explant exposed to Reelin as described previously (Hack et al., 2002). Scale bar, 100 μm for a and b; 25 μm for c and d.
