Neuropilins and Their Ligands Are Important in the Migration of Gonadotropin-Releasing Hormone Neurons
J. Neurosci. Cariboni et al. 27: 2387

Supplemental Data

Files in this Data Supplement:

  • supplemental material - Supplementary figure. Immunofluorescence and Western blot analysis of COS-7 cells transfected with Sema 3A myc-tagged and Sema 3F FLAG-tagged vectors. Sema3A and Sema 3F were detected by monoclonal anti-c-myc and anti-FLAG antibodies, respectively; a,b, Upon transfection, both proteins were abundantly expressed in COS-7 cells, with immunofluorescent signal localized in cytoplasmatic compartments as typical of secretory proteins (arrowheads). c,d, Western blot analysis of sema3A and 3F proteins in cell extracts and conditioned media of transfected COS-7 cells, using anti-c-myc and anti-FLAG antibodies, respectively; apparent molecular masses of the molecular weight marker are indicated on the left lane and expressed in KDa. The antibodies revealed specific bands of approximately 95 KDa and 90 KDa in cell extracts as well as in conditioned media of transfected Sema 3A and Sema 3F COS-7 cells (lanes 1 and 3), but not in untrasfected cells (lanes 2 and 4).
