Correction for Kim et al., The Effect of Temporary Amygdala Inactivation on Extinction and Reextinction of Fear in the Developing Rat: Unlearning as a Potential Mechanism for Extinction Early in Development

Corrections: For the article "The Effect of Temporary Amygdala Inactivation on Extinction and Reextinction of Fear in the Developing Rat: Unlearning as a Potential Mechanism for Extinction Early in Development" by Jee H. Kim and Rick Richardson, which appeared on pages 1282–1290 of the February 6, 2008 issue, a phrase was left out of a sentence in the Materials and Methods section, under Experiment 3, Procedure and intracranial drug infusions (page 1284). Specifically, this sentence should read "At 16 d of age, four groups of rats were fear conditioned as described in experiment 1, except that nine, rather than six, CS–US pairings were given (because of the longer retention interval in this experiment)."
