CORRECTION
Correction for Scarisbrick et al., Nervous System-Specific Expression of a Novel Serine Protease: Regulation in the Adult Rat Spinal Cord by Excitotoxic Injury
Correction: In the
article "Nervous System-Specific Expression of a Novel Serine
Protease: Regulation in the Adult Rat Spinal Cord by Excitotoxic
Injury," by Isobel A. Scarisbrick, Melvin D. Towner, and Paul J. Isackson, which appeared on pages 8156-8168 of the November 1, 1997 issue, the authors would like to correct four nucleotides in the
sequence of myelencephalon-specific protease (MSP) in Figure 1. The
nucleotide changes are 790C to T, 816 T to G, 817G to T, and 874C to
G. These changes result in two amino acid changes: 211V to G and 230N
to K. There are consequently two amino acid changes for rat MSP in
Figure 2: 206V to G and 225N to K.
