Cover picture: Images show a ventral subregion of the zebrafish olfactory bulb in which the afferent sensory axons are anterogradely labeled with the voltage-sensitive dye Di8-ANEPPQ. The optically recorded activity patterns induced by two different odors are color-coded and superimposed. Activity in identified olfactory glomeruli and their innervating axon fasciles is observed. For details, see the article by Friedrich and Korsching, in this issue (pages 9977-9988).
