Cover picture: Neocortical callosal projection neurons (CPN) in culture after purification by retrograde labeling and fluorescence-activated cell sorting. Postnatal day 2-3 CPN display stereotypical, mature unipolar projection neuron morphology and polarity. CPN are labeled with the vital dye calcein (green).
