  • RSD and YCA in DD ended midrest phase (CT6) or midactivity phase (CT18) in sham-lesioned rats (n = 12), or at the corresponding clock times in SCN-lesioned rats (CT-X; n= 10). Data (mean ± SE) are expressed as the change relative to baseline, and are the mean percentage per hour in 6 hr bins. The factor “cond” refers to the deprivation condition, and the factor “group” is based on the time of day that recovery began.
