32P-dCTP-labeled fragments were separated by PAGE, analyzed with a PhosphorImager (mean ± SEM), and normalized to the wt-expression of GAPDH and cyclophilin. The level of significance of MAG expression in mbp−/− and in plp−/−mbp−/− mutants (boldface) was determined by Student's t test (p < 0.08 and p < 0.06, respectively).
