  • Changes in intracellular calcium basal levels (μm) induced by exposing fura-2 AM-loaded spinal cord astrocytes from WT and Cx43 KO animals to purinergic agonists (ATP, UTP, 2-Me-S-ATP, ADP-β-S) and to ATP in the presence of 100 μm suramin and PPADS. The values displayed in the table were obtained from 60–90 cells of two to three independent experiments.
