  • F1-a Midsagittal sections of the cerebella were prepared from WT and SRC-1−/− mice with the ages indicated. The calbindin-positive Purkinje cells were identified by immunostaining.

The average number of Purkinje cells per section for each mouse was calculated according to the counts of Purkinje cell on three adjacent midsagittal sections.
