Misaccumulations in various mutant backgrounds are shown. An animal with any misaccumulation in any of the three neuronal processes that ended in the nose was counted as positive. To determine size of accumulations, all animals were imaged with a CCD camera at the same gain, light level, and magnification. Area measurements were made using Image J. ND, Not determined.
