  • The colocalization of the mutant forms of YFP-GABARAP is altered with respect to the γ2 subunit immunofluorescence staining and the NSF immunofluo-rescence staining in cultured hippocampal neurons. The Pearson correlation coefficient measures the strength and direction of a relationship between two variables, generating values from -1 (a perfect negative correlation) to +1 (a perfect positive correlation), with zero being a random correlation.
