  • The delay between the onset of the signal in the neurite and the soma is displayed as ▵t(soma - neurite). In three sets of experiments, cells were incubated with the indicated concentrations of (1) wortmannin (20 min) and (2) LY294002 (20 min) or R59022 (10 min) or (3) were transfected with the scrambled peptide or CGB fragment. Untreated cells served as controls for the lipid kinase inhibitors and the scrambled peptide, the latter as the control for the fragment.
