All data were obtained from kymograph analysis. Frequency and average velocities of the SCb proteins synapsin-I and GAPDH were similar to α -synuclein. Average velocities (when moving) are expressed as mean ± SEM. The majority of the synapsin-I and GAPDH particles were also cotransported with α -synuclein.
